Α) Identifying needs

  • We investigate the needs of the organization, according to their specific requirements and special characteristics. In such a process it is important to include the team, which will benefit from the program, in order to have its own perspective. Such research may include:

  • Meeting with superiors and subordinates.
  • Case Study
  • Training needs questionnaire and analysis.
  • Meeting with the trainee group.
  • Diagnostic  and assessment tools.
  • etc. depending on the organization, its culture and specific circumstances.

 

Β) Advisement and alternative proposals

  • After exploring your needs and having gathered all the necessary information, we prepare our proposal, which may include alternatives with combinations of services to achieve the agreed target. These services may, for instance, include:
  • Training Services
  • Coaching
  • Counseling
  • Other services (eg mentoring, etc.)
  • We believe in the power of each process, as development opportunities arise at individual and group level through different routes and combinations of tools. We work in a way that the effect of our services is maximized. These areas may be combined and complemented by working effectively in a team and an organization.
  • During our meeting for the presentation of our proposal, we will have the opportunity to listen to your thoughts and reshape the final selection, also based on your observations.

 

C) Implementation

  • Our values, as set above, drive the implementation of our proposal.
  • By the end of the implementation of the actions selected, we provide support in a way that any learner or group would choose (eg e-mail, telephone communication, facebook, etc.)

 

D) Evaluation – outcome assessment

  • By the end of the program, we evaluate our results. This step may include, indicatively:
  • Questionnaire evaluation and production of the corresponding report results.
  • Compiled performance in relation to the target before and after implementation of the program.
  • Interviews with superiors and subordinates.
  • 360 ° evaluation.
  • Other activities according to the specific needs of each program.
